Scholarship Scheme; Support to Brilliant but needy Students
Education is very necessary for each and everyone in order to improve knowledge, way of living as well as social and economic status throughout the life. It helps a person to get knowledge and improve confidence level all through the life. It plays a great role in our career growth as well as in the personal growth. PRESED, with its limited resources supports brilliant but needy students to have access to a better life through education.
The organization, with the support from the Development and Social Services Department and through the benevolence of Individuals, Akuaba Foundation and the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, supported two females; namely Salomey Kuma; Bsc Medicine, University of Ghana; Legon, and Mariamma Musa; with laptops, accommodation fees and an allowance of One Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHs 1,000.00) each for their upkeep on campus.
The organization is thus reaching out to all and sundry who will be willing to support these students and many other brilliant students but financially poor to pursue their dreams and become responsible people who will promote development especially for the future generation.
